Founded in 1992, Fiscalsoft Corporation is small, progressive Lexington-based software publishing company serving the local government industry. The company founder has been developing software for this industry since 1983. We currently provide software and support services to over 60 county governments in Kentucky, half the entire state, with plenty of growth available to us in the cities/special districts market.
We are seeking highly talented and motivated individuals to join our software development team. Bachelor's degree in C.S., Engineering, Math, Accounting or MIS, along with object-oriented programming experience, and experience with database programming required. A firm grasp of basic accounting principles is also essential to your position. Duties will include business application development in the areas of fund accounting and budgeting, AP/AR/GL, payroll processing, municipal services billing, local tax administration, and electronic filing. Candidate will work independently, and be able to handle multiple project assignments.
